Isn't this cool! If you have an embroidery machine listen up. If you don't, you'll want one after you read this. Here's how this works. You hoop your stabilizer and in some cases batting, too. The embroidery machine stitches out placement lines. Then, you put the fabric down and the machine stitches the embroidery over the pink piece. Then you keep putting your pieces down, right sides together and the machine stitches them in place. It's like paper piecing in your embroidery hoop. The left sample is the String Piecing pattern. The right picture is of the Block of the Month class that we're going to start in March. Stop in and see the sample. It's so fun to do.
